Product Quality Specialist
Newcomer Supply is a medical supply company based in Waunakee, WI. We manufacture and distribute products for histology and pathology laboratories throughout the country. As a growing company we are hiring a new full-time Product Quality Specialist to be part of our dedicated team of talented, detail-oriented, problem solvers. This position requires a candidate with a proven work history that demonstrates a high level of detail awareness, work task efficiency, accuracy, and reliability. We are a fun and hard-working team. This position is primarily responsible for inspecting production quality, assisting in production tasks, accurately managing data, receiving, and product assembly.

- Full Time 1st Shift – Hourly, Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities:

- Accurate inspection of product at the finishing stages of production to ensure quality standards have been met.
- Product assembly and finishing.
- Complete quality production documentation.
- Precisely inspect incoming products from vendors to ensure receiving and quality standards are met.
- Work cross departmentally between production, warehouse, and quality team.
- Data entry.
- Inventory functions.
- Assist when needed with additional warehouse duties to include picking, packing, and cleaning.
- Assist when needed with laboratory and quality department work tasks.

Education – Experience:

- High school degree required.
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred, not required.
Physical Requirements:

- Work will require standing for much of the day alternating with occasional sitting tasks. Requires manual dexterity enough to manipulate and inspect product.
- Excellent handwriting.
- You can lift 55 lbs. to table height.
