Melting point of 56°C. Recommended for general embedding use. A refined mixture of highly purified paraffin containing plastic polymers of regulated molecular weights that provides better tissue infiltration and superior quality sections. Greatly minimizes tissue compression due to sectioning.

PARAFFIN PARAPLAST X-TRA TISSUE EMBEDDING MEDIUM

Melting point of 50°C - 54°C. Recommended for lower temperature and quick infiltration, which helps prevent tissue distortion. A unique blend of low molecular weight polymers and highly purified paraffins for exceptional compression resistance and ribbon continuity. Excellent sectioning qualities!
