PRICING: The prices listed for all the wonderful things in this website are current. We reserve the right to revise these very reasonable prices without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect on the day the order is accepted.

The good news is that...Quantity discounts and standing order discounts are available upon request. Just ask.

Due to differences in monetary exchange rates and charges for processing checks from other countries, all checks must be: PAID IN U.S. DOLLARS, DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK OR IN U.S. DOLLARS ON A CASHIERS CHECK.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING: In the UNITED STATES, orders for catalogue items will be processed and shipped within approximately 10 working days from receipt of the order. If there is an unusual delay, we will notify you. Shipping will be by the fastest and most economical means possible and will be F.O.B. Middleton, WI. A $2.00 fee will be added to each invoice over $50 to cover freight insurance charged by UPS.

HANDLING FEE: A $5.00 Handling Fee is added to each invoice for every shipping box that is sent.

HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS: Newcomer Supply reserves the right to refuse to ship chemicals by air. Generally, products containing hazardous chemicals are sent by UPS ground. Certain hazardous products are shipped by a freight hauler more economically than can be done by UPS or Federal Express. For hazardous chemicals that UPS will carry, a UPS mandated charge of $22.50 will be added to the invoice for ground shipment, or $32.50 if shipped by air.

• If the hazardous chemical charge applies, an 'H' appears in the "Price" column of the catalogue.
• If poison packaging is needed to provide adequate packaging for chemicals, $22.50 will be added to the shipping fee.
• Some product quantities can only be shipped by freight haulers. Their rates may vary widely from the approximate cost given at time of placing the order.
• Hazardous chemicals cannot be returned to Newcomer Supply by means of UPS "Authorized Return Service" label. It is not allowed by DOT regulations.

OVERSEAS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Shipping is dependent upon the laws of each country, the means of transportation available, and the type of hazardous materials in the products ordered. Air freight is available to a limited degree to only Canada & Puerto Rico. Because of the volumes of paper work required, a Handling Charge of $25.00 will be added to the invoice. Due to recent changes in transportation regulations, we may not be able to ship products containing hazardous materials outside of the U.S. See "pricing" for monetary payment information. The more hazardous products will not be available for international shipment.

TERMS: OUR SURVIVAL IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO YOUR REMITTANCE. Our terms are net 30 days. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to require prepayment by those customers that cannot meet our terms. Shipments will not be made to customers with "Past Due" pending.

RETURNS: DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT BEFORE CONTACTING NEWCOMER SUPPLY. If you have a problem with a product or shipment, call us immediately! We want to know about it. If credit or exchange is agreed upon, we will authorize return of the item. All CUSTOM orders are final, no returns. If you order the wrong item, we will accept the item back and we will credit your account (credit will be honored for 6 months, no cash refunds) minus a 25% restocking fee.

The customer will have to make arrangements and pay for the return shipment. All returns must be packaged carefully with adequate padding and be received at Newcomer Supply "undamaged" within 2 weeks of the "Return Authorization" or there will be no credit issued for the product. If the product is a hazardous chemical, Newcomer Supply cannot send a UPS "Authorized Return Service" label. The customer will have to make arrangements and pay for the return shipment.

CREDIT MEMO: NO CASH REFUNDS. Credit memos can be used against current or future invoice balances for up to 6 months from the date of issuance. No cash refunds.

GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION: Shelf life is one year from date of manufacture unless otherwise specified. Storage temperature is 15-30°C unless otherwise specified. "Material/Safety Data Sheets" are provided for those products that warrant their issuance as directed by the OSHA. "Technical Memos", describing procedural methods, are available for our customers.

LIMITED WARRANTY: NEWCOMER SUPPLY, INC. ("NEWCOMER") WARRANTS ONLY THAT PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY NEWCOMER ARE AS REPRESENTED IN THE CATALOGUE, AND THAT PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THE NEWCOMER LABEL MEET THE MINIMUM PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS AS TO CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES AT THE TIME OF SALE. NEWCOMER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF AGE OR CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT OR STORAGE ALTER THE PHYSICAL AND/OR CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ANY PRODUCTS. IF ANY PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARDS OF THIS WARRANTY, NEWCOMER SUPPLY WILL, AT ITS SOLE OPTION, EITHER (A) REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS WARRANTY; OR (B) REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS WARRANTY; PROVIDED THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT MEET THIS WARRANTY ARE RETURNED TO NEWCOMER SUPPLY, INC. FOR INSPECTION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF INVOICE, AND SUCH INSPECTION REVEALS, TO THE SOLE SATISFACTION OF NEWCOMER, THAT THE WARRANTY HAS BEEN BREACHED.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE, NEWCOMER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL NEWCOMER BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFIT, LOST DATA, OR ATTORNEY FEES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWCOMER'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS THAT FAIL TO MEET THIS WARRANTY.

All products represented in the Newcomer catalog are intended only for invitro laboratory use by qualified professionals. They may not be used as drugs, cosmetics, food additives, as agricultural or pesticide products or as household chemicals. Any use other than that specifically authorized voids any and all warranties.

SAFETY INFORMATION: We are aware of the danger associated with some of our products and have included as much known safety information as possible on the label. Because we are restricted by space limitations, we recommend that the Material Safety Data Sheets be consulted and reasonable care be exercised in handling all chemicals to avoid injury. Chemicals should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazards.
