PRICING: Prices listed on our website are current. Newcomer Supply reserves the right to revise prices without notice. Orders will be invoiced at the price in effect on the day the order is accepted.

Quantity discounts and standing order discounts are available upon request.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:In the UNITED STATES and CANADA, orders in stock are processed and shipped usually within 3 working days from receipt of the order for in stock inventory. Made to order items are processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. Out of stock and Custom orders process and ship within 2-3 weeks. If there is an unusual delay, we will notify you. Most orders are shipped F.O.B. Middleton, WI. Canadian customers will be responsible for all applicable tariffs and duties.

HANDLING FEE: A handling fee may be applied per order.

HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS: If an “H” appears in the “Price” column in the website or catalog, a carrier mandated hazardous chemical charge may apply. Newcomer Supply reserves the right to refuse to ship hazardous chemicals by air. Newcomer Supply does not accept hazardous chemical returns.

OVERSEAS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: (Countries outside of USA, Canada & Puerto Rico) Newcomer Supply reserves the right not to ship internationally. Newcomer Supply will not ship to any sanctioned country or company. These additional conditions apply to international orders:

  • The minimum order is $100.
  • Orders under $500 will be assessed a $25 handling fee.
  • Payment must be made in US dollars in full prior to shipping; this includes product, shipping, and handling charges.
  • Acceptable methods of payment include: VISA / MasterCard or Bank Wire Transfer. There is an additional $20.00 Fee for the Bank Wire Transfer option.
  • Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping Terms are FOB Origin which means the buyer assumes title and control of the goods the moment the carrier signs the bill of lading.
  • Newcomer Supply does not ship hazardous products internationally, except for Canada.
  • All international sales are final, non-negotiable and non-returnable.

TERMS: Our terms are net 30 days. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to require prepayment by those customers that cannot meet our terms. Shipments will not be made to customers with “Past Due” pending.

RETURNS: DO NOT RETURN ANY PRODUCT BEFORE CONTACTING NEWCOMER SUPPLY.
If you have a problem with a product or shipment, call us immediately! We want to know about it. If credit or exchange is agreed upon, we will authorize return of the item. All CUSTOM orders are final, no returns. If you order the wrong item that is returnable, we will accept the item back and credit your account minus a 25% restocking fee (credit will be honored for 6 months, no cash refunds). The customer will have to make arrangements and pay for the return shipment. All returns must be packaged carefully with adequate padding and be received at Newcomer Supply “undamaged” within 2 weeks of the “Return Authorization” or there will be no credit issued for the product. CREDIT MEMO: NO CASH REFUNDS.
Credit memos can be used against current or future invoice balances for up to 6 months from the date of issuance. No cash refunds.

GENERAL PRODUCT INFORMATION: For all Newcomer Supply chemical products the shelf life is one year from date of manufacture unless otherwise specified. Storage temperature is 15-30°C unless otherwise specified. “Material/Safety Data Sheets” are provided for those products that warrant their issuance as directed by OSHA. “Technical Memos”, for some products describing procedural methods, are available for our customers.

LIMITED WARRANTY: NEWCOMER SUPPLY, INC. (“NEWCOMER”) WARRANTS ONLY THAT PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY NEWCOMER ARE AS REPRESENTED IN THE CATALOGUE, AND THAT PRODUCTS SOLD UNDER THE NEWCOMER LABEL MEET THE MINIMUM PUBLISHED SPECIFICATIONS AS TO CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPERTIES AT THE TIME OF SALE. NEWCOMER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF AGE OR CONDITIONS OF SHIPMENT OR STORAGE ALTER THE PHYSICAL AND/OR CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF ANY PRODUCTS. IF ANY PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARDS OF THIS WARRANTY, NEWCOMER SUPPLY WILL, AT ITS SOLE OPTION, EITHER (A) REPLACE THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS WARRANTY; OR (B) REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MEET THIS WARRANTY; PROVIDED THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS WHICH DO NOT MEET THIS WARRANTY ARE RETURNED TO NEWCOMER SUPPLY, INC. FOR INSPECTION WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE DATE OF INVOICE, AND SUCH INSPECTION REVEALS, TO THE SOLE SATISFACTION OF NEWCOMER, THAT THE WARRANTY HAS BEEN BREACHED.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. NEWCOMER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL NEWCOMER BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST REVENUE, LOST PROFIT, LOST DATA, OR ATTORNEY FEES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEWCOMER’S LIABILITY, IF ANY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR PRODUCTS THAT FAIL TO MEET THIS WARRANTY.

All products represented in the Newcomer catalog are intended only for invitro laboratory use by qualified professionals. They may not be used as drugs, cosmetics, food additives, as agricultural or pesticide products or as household chemicals. Any use other than that specifically authorized voids any and all warranties.

SAFETY INFORMATION:: Chemicals should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazards.
