Chromogen enhancers will:
- Intensify & Amplify your stain
- Minimize false negative staining
- Ensure your chromogens are at their best!
The Enhancers will NOT:
- Create any background or non-specific staining
How Chromogen Enhancers Work
- Incubate with the chromogen of choice
- Rinse
- Apply the Chromogen Enhancer and incubate for 5 to 10 minutes
- Rinse
- Counterstain and mount!
